DEARBORN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Gas prices continue to set highs for the year in Michigan.
AAA Michigan says the average price is now $3.65, up nine cents from last week and the new high for 2024.
The price is 44¢ higher than last month and up 18¢ from last year.
Michigan’s most affordable gasoline is in Marquette at $3.49, while Grand Rapids and Jackson have the highest price at $3.71. Kalamazoo County is at $3.70, Calhoun County is at $3.69, and Van Buren County is at $3.68.
A 15-gallon fill up costs $54 on average in the state.
