THREE RIVERS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Three Rivers police and the Michigan State Police Fifth District Fugitive Team have arrested a 44-year-old Three Rivers man and made a drug bust.
MSP troopers saw him entering a home in Three Rivers on March 12, got a search warrant, and entered the home with a Niles Post K-9 officer.
The man tried to run away but was immediately caught.
The officers found drugs in plain view along with a stolen pistol and ammunition.
He is in the St. Joseph County Jail waiting to be charged on possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, maintaining a drug house, being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammo, possessing a stolen firearm, and a firearm used in the commission of a felony.
The man was also a fugitive absconder. His name has not been released.
