LANSING, MI — Police say thieves stole eight new Cadillacs from a GM storage yard this week. The thefts are similar to other new car thefts from storage yards and plants across the state.
Police says the criminals appear to have gotten away with six after abandoning a two of the vehicles on I-69 in Bath Township.
Police were called to a new car storage lot on Davis Hwy. about 3 a.m. Tuesday morning after the vehicle thefts were reported by GM.
Police did not identify the model Cadillacs that were stolen. The Lansing Grand River plant makes the Cadillac CT4 and CT5 models.
