SOUTH HAVEN TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 30-year-old sex offender in South Haven Township is facing several charges after police found a missing 14-year-old girl from Washington state at his home.
She was reported missing in Mount Vernon, Washington on January 6th and reportedly was found at the home of Keith Freerksen, who is on the state Sex Offender Registry for convictions in 2017 in Florida.
The girl’s family is working to get her home.
Freerksen was charged Thursday with two counts of human trafficking of a minor for commercial sexual activity.
