WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Actor Alec Baldwin will be arraigned on Feb. 1 in New Mexico after he was charged again with involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film “Rust,” according to a spokesperson for the state’s court system.
