PAW PAW, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A Van Buren County man will be on probation for three years for attacking his 79-year-old neighbor in September.
Gregory Miller was sentenced to 114 days in jail as well, and has already served that time.
Miller attacked the man as the victim was cutting firewood near the property line, saying he was going to kill him and all his family members before leaving once the man started to pass out.
The victim has recovered from his injuries.
