KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The college football national championship game is tonight. The Michigan Wolverines will be taking on the Washington Huskies in Houston for the title.
One local official says whether you are brown & gold, green & white, or even scarlet and grey, it’s time to get behind the maize & blue.
Kalamazoo Vice Mayor Jeanne Hess says we can disagree, have different goals, but we are stronger united.
She says the Wolverines have set a good example for the rest of us.
Hess, a Michigan alum, is a former coach at Kalamazoo College, and so she knows something about the subject.
