KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The National Weather Service says a quick shot of winter weather is expected from Monday morning to Tuesday morning for Kalamazoo County and the surrounding region.
According to NWS forecasters, many areas will see some wet snow Monday morning. Snow will then transition by Monday evening to narrower, more focused and intense bands downwind of Lake Michigan.
Locally hazardous travel conditions are expected in parts of southwest and northwest Lower Michigan.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 4:00 a.m. Monday until 4:00 p.m. Tuesday.
