KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Home Builders Association of Western Michigan’s 33rd annual Parade of Homes, kicks off on Thursday, August 3 and will run through Saturday, August 5. The Parade of Homes also goes for a second round starting Thursday, August 10 through Saturday, August 12.
According to event organizers, eleven new builds, two remodels and three virtual homes of southwestern Michigan’s top homebuilders will be showcased.
They go onto say Parade of Homes will feature brand new homes and remodels showcasing some of the newest home trends including smart home technology, one-of-a-kind kitchens, bath and living areas, outdoor entertaining spaces, mudrooms, and landscaping ideas.
The homes range from 1,000 to 5,400 square feet in a combination of two-story and ranches to condos and townhomes allowing visitors to see a variety of home designs.
Visitors interested in building or buying a new home, remodeling, or gathering ideas for home improvement projects will have the opportunity to speak to builders and their representatives.
