Battle Creek police make two arrests in stabbing incident, victim in stable condition

BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) –  Battle Creek police have arrested two people for the stabbing of a 33-year-old man last Thursday.

The Battle Creek Police Department says a 43-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman stabbed the other man in an argument during a drug buy at a home on South 22nd Street. The two were charged with assault with intent to murder, and the victim is in stable condition.

The victim was found bleeding from the “upper part of his body” according to police.
