GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 38-year-old Kalamazoo man is facing federal charges of distributing fentanyl that caused someone to die in November 2022.
U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan Mark Totten says 38-year-old Antjuan Pierre Jackson possessed at least 40 grams of fentanyl and planned to sell that in December 2022.
He will be arraigned tomorrow in federal court in Grand Rapids. The man faces at least 20 years in prison if convicted.
