WEBBERVILLE, MI — The Ingham County Sheriff’s office has released the name of the road construction worker killed last Thursday near Webberville as 70-year-old James Lockwood of Hillsdale. Mich.
Lockwood was working as a flagman slowing traffic near a construction zone on Grand River near M-52 when he was hit by an eastbound vehicle.
Police say he was struck by a 23-year-old Williamston woman. Charges are pending, according to county officials.
