KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Work is underway on constructing a new Technical Education Center for the Kalamazoo Regional Educational Services Agency (KRESA) at the corner of Sprinkle Road and I-94.
Assistant Superintendent for Career and Talent Development Eric Stuart was among those who gave an end-of-the-school-year update Wednesday evening to the 150 volunteers in the community who are serving on committees to help design the new curriculum for the center.
Stuart says their input will be combined with best practices to create the final design…
He says enrollment in technical education courses in Kalamazoo County has gone up 20%, in anticipation of the new center, which is still on schedule to open in the fall of 2025.
