KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety recently implementing a digital link allowing folks who’ve had to call 911 to offer immediate feedback on how their encounter with officers went.
It’s called My90, and according to KDPS, it’s come up with some pretty positive results for the department so far.
In the first 30 days, those who used My90 gave KDPS officers an 80% or higher score in favorable responses in all categories of Procedural Justice, 93% of users rated the Traffic Stop as positive or very positive, and 82% rated the Call for Service as positive or very positive.
