KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The next Kalamazoo River Community Advisory Group meeting will be held virtually Thursday, April 27 from 6 – 8 p.m.
The CAG meets to discuss issues related to the Allied Paper/Portage Creek/Kalamazoo River Superfund site and its cleanup.
Advisory group officials say these meetings are open to the public and are usually held on the fourth Thursday of each month. They go onto say that the main objective of the CAG is to share information and make recommendations to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on behalf of the community and its interests.
The meeting can be joined using either of these methods.
