KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – No injuries were reported after a small private aircraft made an emergency landing at the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport early Wednesday afternoon, April 12.
According to Airport Director Craig Williams, the plane made what is known as a “belly landing” around 12:50 p.m. when the landing equipment retracted back into the aircraft.
Both inbound and outbound flights were delayed until the runway was cleared.
