KDPS to conduct training exercise in two neighborhood locations Wednesday

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Members of the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety are getting set to hold a training exercise on Wednesday, March 15.

According to the City of Kalamazoo, the exercise will involve fire trucks, equipment, and other vehicles commonly used during an emergency situation.

The exercise will be held at two locations: 1800 South Burdick Street at Maple Street from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., and 800 West South Street from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

KDPS emphasizes that this is only a training exercise.
