PORTAGE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A multi-vehicle crash closing down a portion of eastbound I-94 in Portage around 6:30 Friday evening, February 17.
According to Kalamazoo County dispatchers, the closure affected the eastbound lanes at Westnedge Avenue.
Motorists were advised to seek an alternate route during that time, however, the lanes reopened a little before 7:45 that evening.
The Portage Department of Public Safety responded to reports of a crash and a car fire, but no fire was discovered upon their arrival.
No injuries were reported.
