KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A local Kalamazoo area community garden is seeking help from the community. Adam Castle, who is the manager of the garden at Lake Village on South 25th Street has set up a GoFundMe effort with the goal of improving the space as the demand for affordable food grows.
According to the GoFundMe page, “Lake Village on South 25th Street does more than provide affordable fruits and vegetables to neighbors. It also serves as a gathering place where people play music, camp out, and make food around the central fire pit.”
