KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo Parks is welcoming the community to Bronson Park on Thursday, December 15 for their “December to Rmember” holiday event.
The festivities get underway at 5 p.m. and will run until 7 p.m., offering a variety of free holiday treats and activities. There, guests can enjoy complimentary hot chocolate, coffee, and donuts while supplies last under the holiday lights in Bronson Park.
Organizers say the first 300 guests will get a holiday craft bag to take home, which will include assorted ornament crafts, winter puzzles, and a winter themed coloring book with crayons.
Kids can also bring their letters to Santa or write them while at the event and drop them off in Santa’s Maibox. Letter templates are available online at www.kzooparks.org/december
The Kalamazoo Downtown Partnership’s Holly Jolly Trolley is set to run from 5 until 9 p.m., offering free rides around downtown to include a stop at the Radisson Plaza Hotel where Santa will be visiting with children from 4 until 8 p.m.
And, Santa himself will reply to letters with a return address within 7 days of Thursday, December 15.
