PORTAGE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The City of Portage Human Services Board is set to host a Community Services Open House on Thursday, November 3.
The open house will take place at the Portage Zhang Senior Center in Portage from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 203 East Centre Avenue.
Organizers say the event will give the public a chance to meet representatives from area non-profit and service organizations who will be on site to share how their programs assist Portage residents in need. They go onto say that visitors will also be able to learn about volunteer opportunities, gain access to services, tour the new senior senior center, and meet the Human Services Board and network.
The open house is free and open to the public.
