LANSING, MI — Classes are back in session today after a threat to Waverly High School in Lansing. Police say a threat delivered through an iPhone “AirDrop” feature was sent to several students yesterday. The message read “I’m going to start shooting at 11:30. Be ready.”
The message put the school on lockdown for two hours followed by an evacuation. Police determined the threat wasn’t credible, but classes were dismissed early. Police haven’t determined who sent the message.
