Pistons lose preseason opener at New York, rookies Ivey and Uren shine

NEW YORK, NY (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Pistons dropped their preseason opener 117-96 to the Knicks in New York Tuesday night.

First-round draft pick Jaden Ivey led the team with 16 points, while fellow first-round pick Jalen Duren had 14 rebounds.

The Pistons will now head to New Orleans to play the Pelicans Friday.
