BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Calhoun County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man that threatened another person with a gun at a Battle Creek gas station on Monday, September 19.
Authorities say deputies were sent to the Sunoco gas station at 334 North 20th Street on a report of a man with a gun.
On site, the victim told deputies that the suspect was driving recklessly and then pulled into the Sunoco Station where they both got into a verbal altercation about driving. The suspect then pulled a pistol from his sweatshirt, pointed it at the victim, and then went northbound on 20th Street in a black Dodge Journey after the victim told the attendant to call 911.
Surveillance cameras at the gas station were able to capture images of both the suspect and the vehicle he was driving.
