BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Battle Creek Police are seeking help from the public to help them solve a bank robbery that happened on Monday afternoon, September 12.
Police responded to the call of a bank robbery at a PNC Bank on Capital Avenue Southwest just before 1 p.m.
So far, they are describing the suspect as a 6-foot-tall black man with a slender build.
According to authorities, the suspect entered the bank, showed a gun, and asked the bank tellers for money. But he had already left the bank before police arrived. However, a teller was able to activate the bank’s emergency alarm during the incident, and no one was injured.
