GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – U.S. District Court Judge Robert Jonker says the two men convicted of plotting to kidnap and kill Governor Whitmer will be sentenced in December.
Adam Fox will learn December 12 how long he will be in prison, and Barry Croft Jr. will be sentenced December 28.
Both could be sent to prison for life. They were convicted this week.
