KALAMAZOO MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The WMU football team hosted the Beautiful Lives Project Monday, as 60 adults with disabilities joined the Broncos to learn some basic football skills.
The Project, which was formed in 2017, helps those with disabilities to play sports and participate in other activities.
WMU Head Coach Tim Lester and his players taught the Project participants skills such as passing and catching a football, and tackling.
The event took place at the indoor football field inside the Donald Seelye Athletic Center.
