PORTER TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A Decatur man suffered what’s described as life threatening injuries after he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed in Van Buren County’s Porter Township early Wednesday.
The 44-year-old man was northbound on County Road 669 near 33rd Street around 1:00 a.m. when he lost control of the motorcycle and crashed. He was taken by Air Care to Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo .
The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office says the man was not wearing a helmet and speed is believed to be a factor in the crash.
