KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Cannabis Regulatory Agency has taken disciplinary action against three marijuana licensees in Michigan, to include Southwest Michigan entities in Bangor and Kalamazoo.
Cross Country Enterprises, LLC dba Exclusive Kalamazoo was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine for non-compliant transfers between marijuana businesses.
Green Mitten Agricultural Corporation was ordered to pay $5000 for METRC non-compliance.
Exclusive Brands, LLC in Ann Arbor will have to pony up a whopping $10,000 fine for a sampling and testing infraction.
All three Licensees were ordered to pay their fines within a prescribed amount of time in order to stay in business.
- Kalamazoo – Cross Country Enterprises, LLC dba Exclusive Kalamazoo for non-compliant transfers between marijuana businesses.
- Ann Arbor – Exclusive Brands, LLC for sampling and testing.
- Bangor – Green Mitten Agricultural Corporation for METRC non-compliance.
