KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — KDPS police have arrested three people in connection to two downtown Kalamazoo businesses that were vandalized with red paint on Sunday, June 26.
Police say the three individuals were between 18 and 24-years-old, and not residents of Kalamazoo.
The word, “shame,” was spray-painted onto the window of The Grazing Table, located next to the Kalamazoo State Theatre on South Burdick Street. Red paint was splattered all over the windows and front door.
Matchhead Coffee on South Kalamazoo Mall also experienced the same vandalism, with the word, “shame,” spray-painted onto the front door, along with splatters of red paint.
Police are continuing to investigate.
