SOUTH HAVEN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The city of South Haven enforcing a new parking rule for downtown this summer.
To help do this, they’ve painted hash marks at the end of parking stalls on Center an Phoenix Streets.
City Manager Kate Hosier says this is being done to help prevent long vehicles from sticking out onto the road and interfering with other traffic.
This means that those who park on Center and Phoenix Streets with vehicles extending beyond the hash marks could be ticketed.
