OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Department is looking for a hit and run driver who stuck a worker standing outside his truck Wednesday morning.
The Sheriff’s Department says the victim was struck in the 6500 block of Rose Arbour Ave in Oshtemo Township around 9:10 a.m. The victim was struck while standing outside of his work truck on the side of the road and suffered minor injuries.
The suspect vehicle fled the scene prior to deputies arriving and was not located in the area. The suspect vehicle is described as a white SUV, possibly a Jeep or Toyota. The suspect driver is described as a white female with blonde hair in her late teens or early twenty’s.
The incident is still under investigation. Police say if anyone may have witnessed or has additional information about the incident, they are asked to contact the
Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office or Silent Observer.
