DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Jeff Blashill will not return to the Detroit Red Wings as head coach.
General Manager Steve Yzerman says the head coach is gone along with assistants Doug Houda and Jeff Salajko.
Blashill had been the Red Wings coach for the past seven seasons.
