LANSING, MI — Almost a third of all eligible Michigan vehicle owners have received their 400-dollar insurance refund from the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association’s (MCCA) catastrophic fund surplus. Governor Whitmer says over 900-million-dollars has gone out already.
The MCCA had a three-billion-dollar surplus that was returned. Auto Insurers have until May 9th to finish issuing checks or making direct deposits.
