Elm Street in Battle Creek closed until April 27 for sewer line repair

BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Battle Creek City contractors have closed a section of Elm Street on Thursday, April 14, to repair a broken sanitary sewer line.

The repair on Elm Street is taking place between Michigan Avenue and Van Buren Street from about 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is expected to be completed by Wednesday, April 27, weather permitting.

City officials say that emergency vehicles will not have access during this time period.
