KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The city of Kalamazoo has issued a boil water advisory along Davis Street on Tuesday, March 29.
The advisory was issued for both sides of Davis Street from Wheaton (southern boundary) Avenue to West Vine Street (northern boundary). This does not include 818, 824, 840, 842, 849, 901, 902, and 926 Davis Street.
According to officials, the city is in the process of repairing water infrastructure which will cause a temporary loss of pressure, which led to the boil water advisory itself.
Customers in the affected area are advised to consume bottle water only or tap water that has been boiled for two minutes during the advisory period which is expected to be lifted by Friday, April 1st.
