DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The New York Knicks extended their winning streak to three games after stealing a 104-102 victory over the Pistons in Detroit Sunday.
Marvin Bagley led all scorers with 27 points in a loss. RJ Barrett led the way for the Knicks with 21 points and Julius Randle chipped in with 20 points. Immanuel Quickley scored 18 off the bench.
Detroit has now dropped back-to-back games and remains last in the Central Division with a record of 20-and-55.
Cade Cunningham missed a pull-up jumper from 15-feet out with three seconds left to seal the loss. Cunningham had 18 points in the losing effort, while Marvin Bagley-the-third led the team with 27.
The Pistons drop to 20-and-55, and they take on the New Jersey Nets on the road tomorrow.
