KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Few details have been released, but Kalamazoo Township police say a pedestrian was killed Sunday night after being struck by a vehicle at the corner of West Mosel and Douglas Avenues.
They say when officers arrived on the scene around 10:00 p.m., they found one subject unresponsive on the side of the road. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital where they succumbed to their injuries.
The driver of the vehicle involved in this incident was not injured. Neither alcohol nor drugs appear to be a factor in this crash.
No names have yet been released.
