CALHOUN COUNTY, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Calhoun County Public Health Department announced on Thursday, January 27, that they’ve received an abundance of KN95 masks, and they want to distribute them to the public.
The health department is partnering with community service organizations and churches throughout the county to make sure accessing the masks will be easy.
This follows Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s announcement of 10 million free KN95 masks that are anticipated to be distributed by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
The masks will be available on Friday.
KN95 face masks can be picked up from the following locations:

Kingdom Builders: 50 Spencer St, Battle Creek, MI 49014
Love Thy Neighbor Food Pantry: 1391 E Michigan Ave, Battle Creek, MI 49014

St. Philip Catholic Church: 112 Capital Ave NE, Battle Creek, MI 49017

There is a limit of five face masks per household.
Masks can also be found at the Toeller Building and the Albion Health Department during their office hours.
