KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Officials with the Salvation Army and Harding’s Markets are releasing an update on a partnership from the month of December.
The partnership allowed for contactless giving options for the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign at various Harding’s locations in Southwest Michigan.
In total, the campaign netted $15,987.85 in donations.
All of the funds donated will stay locally within the same zip code as the location of Harding’s and support the Salvation Army in the services it provides at Christmas and year-round, including those that address food insecurity.
Based on the store locations, three Salvation Army locations will be receiving funds – Benton Harbor, Holland and Kalamazoo.
