HICKORY CORNERS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Tuesday, the Gilmore Car Museum announced the return of its “Pint with the Past” craft beer tasting event, which will take place in February.
Officials say DRAFT Magazine once called the event “the only place to drink a Michigan-brewed beer alongside an ultra-rare Tucker ’48 Sedan – unless you have one parked in the garage.”
Pint With The Past, one of the Gilmore Car Museum’s fundraising events for more than a decade, returns on Saturday, February 12.
According to an official announcement, guests will have the opportunity to sample local craft beer, wine and spirits, along with a selection of appetizers.
Special presentations will also be available, including a showcase of Chevrolet Corvettes, Ford Mustangs and Chevrolet Camaros.
Live music for the evening will be provided by local group Out of Favor Boys.
Additionally, guests can enjoy the easy-listening music of guitarist, Jack Dastoli, in the Muscle Car Gallery.
In celebration of America’s prohibition era and the Roaring Twenties, guests are encouraged to dress as a flapper, dapper gentleman, gangster or rum runner for a costume contest.
Pint with the Past is open to adults ages 21 and older.
The evening runs from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. ET on Saturday, February 12.
Tickets can be purchased in advance online at GilmoreCarMuseum.org or at the door on the day of the event.
