ST. LOUIS, MO (WKZO AM/FM) – Nathan Walker had quite a night in the Blues’ win over the Red Wings. Walker posted his first career hat trick in the Blues’ 6-2 win over Detroit in St. Louis.
Walker scored twice in the first period and clinched the hat trick in the third period. Colton Parayko, Ivan Barbashev and Marco Scandella also found the back of the net for the Blues. Charlie Lindgren finished with 29 saves.
Thomas Greiss had a rough game for the Red Wings, allowing two goals on seven shots. Robby Fabbri scored twice for Detroit as the Red Wings dropped their second straight to drop to 13-11-and-3.
The red Wings are in Colorado to face off against the Avalanche tonight.
