KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kalamazoo is asking for your help in building their new headquarters.
Club leaders announced on Thursday, October 14 that 5.4 million dollars of the 9 million to make it a reality has been raised. And they are asking the community for donations.
The 30,000 square foot facility is set to be built on Portage Street near Vine Street in Kalamazoo.
The club has been operating out of the former Edison Elementary School, which the district plans to demolish.
The campaign will accept donations on the Boys and Girls Club website at https://bgckzoo.org/future.
