Pistons assistant name to head new G-League affiliate

DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Motor City Cruise has named DJ Bakker as the team’s first head coach.

Bakker has served as an assistant and player development coach with the Detroit Pistons for the last three seasons.

The Motor City Cruise is Detroit’s G-League affiliate and will play its inaugural season on the Wayne State University campus.
