KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A crash in downtown Kalamazoo Tuesday evening left a vehicle on its side, but fortunately caused no injuries. It happened around 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of W. Kalamazoo Ave. and N. Park St..
Investigators say a driver failed to stop at a red light, causing his vehicle to T-bone another vehicle, which ended up rolling over after impact. One person had to be extricated from the vehicle, but they did not need any other medical attention.
The intersection was closed, causing traffic back-ups until the scene was cleared.
