THREE RIVERS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – UPDATE: A suspect accused in a recent Three Rivers shooting has been arrested, according to an update from the Three Rivers Police Department Monday.
Previously, police had reported earlier this month that a shooting at Paul’s Pantry Liquor, located at 261 East Michigan Avenue, was under investigation.
A victim was identified in the incident, but there were no reports of injuries.
On Monday, police said that the shooter had been identified as 21-year-old Donavon Foster, and charges for three counts of Assault with Intent to Commit Murder were authorized against him.
Police said Foster was arrested on Thursday, July 22, with the assistance of the Michigan State Police and the Sturgis Police Department.
He was taken into custody without incident from a Sturgis residence and lodged at the St. Joseph County Jail.
