CHARLOTTE, MI — A former Potterville city manager will be on probation for three years and has to pay roughly 23-thousand dollars in restitution following her sentencing hearing this week.
Wanda Darrow was sentenced Wednesday for covering up for her son, who was stealing equipment and money from the city. Darrow paid back half of the money he stole and also worked to track down what he stole at pawn shops, and apologized for her actions when sentenced.
The crime happened three years ago. Darrow’s son is already serving a prison sentence for his crimes, according to MLive.
