BATTLE CREEK, MI (WNWN/WTVB) – Battle Creek Police are asking for the public’s help in solving the fatal shooting of a woman on Sunday morning in Park Hill neighborhood.
24-year-old Eniyah Hollins of Battle Creek was shot to death at about 3:24 a.m. while she was attending a party at 28 Hanover Street.
Police think the shot that killed her came from a car nearby and that Hollins was not the shooters likely target.
Hollins was outside of the home at the time she was shot in the head. She was later pronounced dead at Bronson Battle Creek.
The Battle Creek Enquirer reports police are reviewing some video but had no leads.
Anyone with information is asked to call Battle Creek Police at 269-966-3322 or Silent Observer at 269-964-3888.
The Enquirer also reports police are also trying to determine if an earlier drive-by shooting at Legends Bar and Grill on Porter Street is connected with the shooting on Hanover Street.
