COMSTOCK PARK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The West Michigan Whitecaps got a nice long start from pitcher Brendan White but were unable to get the offense going, and fell 2-0 Dayton Dragons Tuesday night at LMCU Ballpark. White went 7 innings only allowing one run in the loss.
The Whitecaps are now 20-22 on the season and have been shut out in back-to-back games. The Whitecaps and Dragons continue their six-game series Wednesday at 7:05 pm. West Michigan sends lefty Adam Wolf to the mound against Dragons starting pitcher Jacques Pecheu.
