PORTAGE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Traffic at the ramp from westbound I-94 to southbound U.S. 131 in Portage was shut down Tuesday evening after a semi-truck rolled over. Emergency crews responded to the scene at around 6:30.
Portage authorities say the driver had to be removed from the vehicle. There’s no word on their current condition.
M-DOT said that the southbound U.S. 131 ramp to eastbound I-94 also had to be shut down for crews to work the scene. Both ramps were reopened at around 8:15 p.m..
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
